Ken Gampu (gebore 28 Augustus 1929 in Germiston; gesterf 4 November 2003 in Vosloorus) was 'n Suid-Afrikaanse akteur.
Voordat hy sy loopbaan begin het, was Gampu 'n fisiese instrukteur, verkoopsman, tolk en polisiebeampte. Sy eerste werk was in Athol Fugard se toneelstuk, No Good Friday (1950). Sy groot deurbraak het in Jamie Uys se 1965-film, Dingaka, gekom. In dieselfde jaar het hy 'n belangrike rol in Cornel Wilde se Afrika-avontuur, The Naked Prey, gespeel.
