Samuel MacLean Gilmour (* 28. April 1905 in Dauphin, Manitoba; † 1970) war ein kanadischer Neutestamentler.
Leben Samuel MacLean Gilmour studierte an der University of Manitoba, wo er 1924 einen B.A. erwarb. 1928 erhielt er den Grad eines Bachelors der Theologie (Bachelor of Divinity, B.D.) im Fach Altes Testament vom Union Theological Seminary in the City of New York und 1937 einen Ph.D. im Fach Neues Testament vom Fachbereich Theologie (Divinity School) der University of Chicago.
MacLean war von 1931 bis 1955 Professor am Queen’s Theological College in Kingston in Ontario und von 1952 bis 1955 dessen Leiter. Er war Norris-Professor für Neues Testament an der Andover Newton Theological School sowie Präsident der Canadian Society of Biblical Studies und der kanadischen Sektion der Society of Biblical Literature and Exegesis. Darüber hinaus war MacLean Gilmour Mitglied des Redaktionskomitees des Journal of Biblical Literature und Mitglied der Studiorum Novi Testamenti Societas.
