James Joseph DiCarlo ist ein US-amerikanischer Neurowissenschaftler.
Er ist Peter de Florez Professor of Neuroscience am Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT).
DiCarlo studierte am Northwestern University und wurde 1998 an der Johns Hopkins University. Anschließend hatte er einen Postdoc-Aufenthalt am Baylor College of Medicine.
