Die White-Dot-Syndrome, , sind eine Gruppe entzündlicher Erkrankungen der Netzhaut (Retina).EmedicineG. Spital, A. Heiligenhaus, A. Scheider, D. Pauleikhoff, C. P. Herbort: „White-dot-Syndrome“ im Kindesalter. In: Klinische Monatsblätter für Augenheilkunde. Band 224, Nummer 6, Juni 2007, S. 500–506, doi:10.1055/s-2007-963179, PMID 17594620 (Review).

V. Forrester: IOIS Posterior segment intraocular inflammation. Guidelines, 1998, S. 184. IOIS Akute posteriore multifokale plakoide Pigmentepitheliopathie (APMPPE, AMPPPE) Akute retinale Pigmentepitheliitis (ARPE) Akute zonale okkulte äußere Retinopathie (AZOOR) Birdshot-Chorioretinopathie Multiple evanescent white dot Syndrom (MEWDS) Multifokale Choroiditis und Panuveitis (MCP) Punktförmige innere Chorioretinopathie (PIC) Serpiginöse Chorioretinopathie

A. Quillen, J. B. Davis, J. L. Gottlieb, B. A. Blodi, D. G. Callanan, T. S. Chang, R. A. Equi: The white dot syndromes.

E. Knickelbein, H. N. Sen: Multimodal Imaging of the White Dot Syndromes and Related Diseases. In: Journal of clinical & experimental ophthalmology. Band 7, Nummer 3, Juni 2016, PMID 27482471, .
