__NOTOC__ Rongsom Chökyi Sangpo (tib.: rong zom chos kyi bzang po; geb. 1012; gest. 1088) oder kurz: Rongsompa, ein „Nyingmapa Pandita“, war ein bedeutender Dzogchen-Gelehrter der Nyingma-Schule im 11. Jahrhundert. Er war der Gründer einer eigenen Dzogchen-Schulrichtung, der Rong-Schule (rong lugs).tib. rDzogs chen rong lugs; chin. Dayuanman Rongpai 大圆满绒派. – Nach David Germano "Architecture and Absence in the Secret Tantric History of rDzogs Chen" (S. 236, Anm. 84) wird diese Schule von Kathogpa Namkha Dorje (Ka thog pa nam mkha' rdo rje) im gDams ngag mdzod (Band 1, 270-95) sowie im rNying ma bka' ma rgyas pa (Band 17) beschrieben.Bzw.
