The 2026–27 season is the 117th season in the history of Real Sociedad, and the club's 17th consecutive season in La Liga. In addition to the domestic league, the club is participating in the Copa del Rey, the Supercopa de España and UEFA Europa League, having qualified for the latter two competitions by winning the 2025–26 Copa del Rey.
The season is the first since 2014–15 without Aritz Elustondo, who left on a free transfer to Super League Greece club PAOK.
