Club career Early career Khamis developed his early professional career across multiple football systems in Southeast Asia and Australia. He previously featured for Philippines Football League side Dynamic Herb Cebu, before moving to Australia to join NPL Victoria club Green Gully for the 2025–26 competitive season, where he recorded official senior league appearances.
RANS Nusantara On 21 August 2026, Khamis officially moved to Indonesia, signing a professional contract with RANS Nusantara ahead of the 2026–27 competitive season. He cited the high enthusiasm of Indonesian football fans and the management's sporting ambition to secure promotion back to the top-flight league as his main motivations for joining the club. Shortly after his arrival, however, he was sidelined from making his debut during a pre-season friendly match against Arema due to a minor hamstring injury. Personal life Khamis was born in South Sudan but holds dual nationality, possessing an Australian passport, allowing him to register under regional AFC player quotas in Asian competitions.
Khamis has four brothers, one of whom is Australian rules football player Buku Khamis, who plays as a key defender for the Western Bulldogs in the Australian Football League.
