Ayala Malls Nuvali, formerly known as Ayala Malls Solenad, is a shopping and lifestyle center located within the Nuvali eco-city estate in Santa Rosa, Laguna, Philippines. The mall is operated through the Ayala Malls, a subsidiary of Ayala Land. It opened in 2009 as Solenad and expanded with Solenad 2 in 2011. It was rebranded as an Ayala Mall upon the opening of its third wing, Solenad 3, in 2015.

Etymology The mall's original name, Solenad, is a portmanteau of the Spanish or Latin word "sol" (sun) and "nad" from promenade. It was renamed to Ayala Malls Nuvali, after the estate where it is located.

History

The mall traces its origin to Solenad, a lakeside commercial area at the northern entrance of Nuvali which opened in April 26, 2009 during the launch of the estate. It expanded across Nuvali Boulevard with the opening of Solenad 2 on July 29, 2011, which introduced a new branch of Robinsons Supermarket.

The mall was officially launched under the Ayala Malls portfolio as Ayala Malls Solenad on August 6, 2015, with the opening of the third wing called Solenad 3. The cinemas at Solenad 3 opened on November 18, 2015. In 2019, the first provincial branch of Landmark opened at Solenad 3. Its supermarket and food center opened on July 31, 2019, followed by the department store on October 25, 2019.

The mall began its current expansion in 2024. The project involved dismantling the Fiesta Market to make way for a multi-level steel parking structure (which opened in 2025), additional open-air parking spaces around Solenad 2, and a retail expansion (initially known as Solenad 4) slated for completion in November 2026. The expansion wing is built on the former sites of an open parking lot by Solenad 3 and parts of The Fields at Nuvali. The project adds almost of new retail space across two phases. The entire complex has since been rebranded as Ayala Malls Nuvali.
