Conor Grimes is an Irish Gaelic footballer who plays as a midfielder, full-forward or wing-forward for Glen Emmets and the Louth county team.

As a result he was Man of the Match in Louth's first victory against Tyrone since 1994. He went to the 2026 All-Ireland Senior Football Championship semi-final later that year.

Personal life Grimes broke his leg and his ankle in his youth. He has also been through an ACL injury. He travelled to New Zealand and Australia in 2017, when he was 22, returning through India, and was inspired to set up a food business as a result. He began that business in 2018. He became a dad in 2024.
