Texas Motor Speedway is a quad-oval intermediate speedway in Fort Worth, Texas. The track is owned by the city of Fort Worth's sports authority and is leased out by Speedway Motorsports (SMI) for racing. The Xfinity Series began racing here in 1997 and twice a year in 2005.
