The 2026–27 season is Canberra United's 19th season in the A-League Women.
After months in which the club's future was uncertain and following years of financial uncertainty, in July 2026, the Australian Sports Group (ASG) acquired the club's license, including an exclusive option for a men's side. Following the acquisition and proposed salary cap increases in the league, the club re-signed coach Antoni Jagarinec for another two seasons.
