The 2026–27 season is Manchester City Women's Football Club's 39th season of competitive football and their fourteenth season in the Women's Super League, the highest level of English women's football. Manchester City enter the season as defending champions in both the WSL and the FA Cup, having completed a domestic double in the previous season.

Due to changes in the competition's format and the club's participation in the UEFA Champions League, Manchester City will not participate in the League Cup for the first time since the 2014 season.
