24 Hours in A&E is a British factual medical documentary programme, airing on Channel 4, set in a teaching hospitals in inner London and Nottingham.
As of 22 August 2026, the show has run for 36 seasons. There were 326 episodes during the first 35 seasons. An additional 22 special edition episodes have aired, in which the cast reflect over their most memorable moments of the series.
