Luke Beardon is an English academic in the field of autism studies. As of July 2026, he is a Senior Lecturer with The Autism Centre at Sheffield Hallam University, following an earlier career with the National Autistic Society. He received a Doctor of Education degree from Sheffield Hallam University.
Beardon has written and published numerous books related to autism that utilize the neurodiversity paradigm, celebrate neurodiversity, and focus on "helping autistic people thrive in a neurotypical world".
