Justin Raleigh is an American special make-up effects artist. He won the Academy Award for Best Makeup and Hairstyling and the BAFTA Award for Best Makeup and Hair for his work on The Eyes of Tammy Faye (2021), alongside Linda Dowds and Stephanie Ingram. He also won a Primetime Emmy Award for prosthetic makeup for American Horror Story: Freak Show in 2015 and has received additional Emmy nominations for The Knick, Westworld and Impeachment: American Crime Story.
Raleigh is the founder and chief executive officer of Fractured FX, a special make-up effects studio whose work includes prosthetics, creature effects, specialty costumes and hybrid practical effects.
