The 2021 Dudley Metropolitan Borough Council election took place on 6 May 2021 to elect members of Dudley Metropolitan Borough Council in England. This was on the same day as other local elections. One-third of the seats were up for election, with two wards (Belle Vale and Kingswinford North & Wall Heath) electing two councillors.

Belle Vale

Two seats were contested here rather than the ward's usual one: the seat due for ordinary election in 2020 was not filled that year because the COVID-19 pandemic led to the nationwide postponement of the May 2020 English local elections, so it was instead contested alongside the ward's regular 2021 seat. The 2020-cycle seat also covered the vacancy left by Jake Cooper, who had won the seat from Labour in 2018 and resigned before 2021.

Changes 2021–2022 March 2022: Brierley Hill councillor Zafar Islam was suspended by the Labour Party for six months following an internal disciplinary investigation into social media posts, after the Labour Against Antisemitism campaign submitted a complaint against him in September 2021.
