Shamim Kaisar Lincoln is a Bangladesh Nationalist Party politician and a member of parliament representing Gaibandha-4. He also serves as the State Minister for Religious Affairs of Bangladesh.
Career Lincoln was elected to parliament from Gaibandha-4 as a Bangladesh Nationalist Party candidate in a May 2006 by-election following the death of incumbent Abdul Mottaleb Akanda. In the 2026 Bangladeshi general election, he won from the same constituency from BNP.
