International career
Oman In November 2007, the Omani newspaper Al-Watan reported that Al-Senani, goalkeeper for Al-Nahda Club and the Oman national under-20 team, had joined Al Jazira Club of the United Arab Emirates and had begun training with the team.
According to the newspaper, Al-Senani left the Oman national youth team's training camp during its participation in the AFC U-19 Championship qualifiers without obtaining permission from the coaching staff. Al-Watan characterized his departure as a desertion from both his club and the national team and called on the Oman Football Association to intervene to resolve the matter or postpone his registration with Al Jazira until after the completion of the national team's tournament participation.
