Doto rosacea is a species of sea slug, a nudibranch, a marine gastropod mollusc in the family Dotidae.
Distribution This species was described from Sagami Bay, Japan.

Ecology Doto rosacea feeds on a hydroid, probably family Aglaopheniidae.
