Siah Bil (, also Romanized as Sīāh Bīl and Sīāhbīl) is a village in Khoshabar Rural District, in the Central District of Rezvanshahr County, Gilan Province, Iran.
At the time of the 2006 National Census, the village's population was 26 in 7 households. The following census in 2011 also counted 26 people in 7 households. The 2016 census measured the population of the village as 30 people in eight households.
