Oedebasis mutilata is a moth of the family Erebidae first described by Emilio Berio in 1966.Berio, E. (1966). "Descrizione di nuove Noctuidae Africane e note sinonimiche". Annali del Museo Civico di Storia Naturale di Genova. 76: 110–136. It is known from eastern Madagascar.
The female of this species has a wingspan of 36 mm.
