Çukurçayır is a neighbourhood of the municipality and district of Ortahisar, Trabzon Province, Turkey.Mahalle, Turkey Civil Administration Departments Inventory. Retrieved 19 September 2023. Its population is 33,438 (2022). Before the 2013 reorganisation, it was a town (belde). Çukurçayır is a southern suburb of Trabzon, situated to the west of Turkish state highway D.885 which connects Trabzon to Gümüşhane, Maçka and Sumela Monastery.
