Vangueriopsis shimbaensis is a species of flowering plants in the family Rubiaceae. It is endemic to Kenya.Davis AP, Luke QWR. 2010. "Vangueriopsis shimbaensis sp. nov. (Rubiaceae) from Kenya." Nordic Journal of Botany 28(5): 513-515. It is morphologically related to Vangueriopsis longiflora from Tanzania.
