Frailes is a barrio in the municipality of Guaynabo, Puerto Rico. Its population in 2010 was 32,050.
Geography Frailes is located in central Guaynabo. According to the United States Census Bureau, the barrio has a total area of , of which is land and is water. It is situated above sea level.
