Bougado (São Martinho e Santiago) is a civil parish in the municipality of Trofa, Portugal. It was formed in 2013 by the merger of the former parishes São Martinho and Santiago. The population in 2011 was 21,585,Instituto Nacional de Estatística (INE), Census 2011 results according to the 2013 administrative division of Portugal in an area of 28.69 km2. The parish forms the city center of Trofa.
