Auchmophoba Turner, 1913 is a taxonomic synonym of the moth genus Sufetula Walker, 1859 in the family Crambidae. The genus Auchmophoba was established by Alfred Jefferis Turner in 1913, with Auchmophoba tynnuta Turner, 1913 designated as its type species. Turner established the genus for an Australian species that had previously been described as Petta alternata by William Warren in 1895.
