Coelosuchus is an extinct genus of goniopholidid mesoeucrocodylian.Carroll, R.L. 1988. Vertebrate Paleontology and Evolution. WH Freeman and Company, New York Fossils have been found from the Graneros Shale of the Benton Group in Wyoming, and are of Cenomanian age.Williston, S. W. (1906). American Amphicoelian Crocodiles. Journal of Geology 14:1-17. It was slightly over 1 meter in length.
