The department has three communes; Guinguinéo, Fass, and Mboss.

Districts The rural districts (communautés rurales) comprise: Mbadakhoune Arrondissement: Khelcom Birane Mbadakhoune Ndiago Ngathie Naoudé Nguélou Arrondissement: Gagnick Nguélou Ourour Dara Mboss Panal Wolof
