Montpon-Ménestérol (; ) is a commune in the Dordogne department in Nouvelle-Aquitaine in southwestern France. The commune was created in February 1965 by the merger of the former communes Montpon-sur-l'Isle and Ménestérol-Montignac.Modifications aux circonscriptions territoriales de communes, Journal officiel de la République française n° 0044, 21 February 1965, pp. 1483-1485. Montpon-Ménestérol station has rail connections to Bordeaux, Périgueux, Brive-la-Gaillarde and Limoges.
