The Eurovea Tower reached a height of after construction finished in 2023. As of 2024, it is the tallest skyscraper in Bratislava and also in Slovakia.
Since the 2010s, a new Bratislava downtown is forming in the area next to the Danube river, where the majority of current high-rise buildings and future skyscrapers are located. Because of the lack of high-rise city planning, a lot of buildings are scattered all around the city.
