April 1992 ; Karte: ) ist ein Stadt-Rayon und Außenbezirk der aserbaidschanischen Hauptstadt Baku in der östlichen Hälfte der Halbinsel Abşeron.
Der Stadt-Rayon hat 331.300 Einwohner und eine Fläche von 240 km² (Stand: 2025);stat.gov.az: Territories, number and density of population by regions and administrative territorial units of the Republic of Azerbaijan (Stand 2025) 2010 betrug die Einwohnerzahl 222.600 Einwohner. Verwaltungssitz ist die Siedlung Bakıxanov (bis 1992 Razın); größte Siedlung ist Maştağa.
