130px|mini|Logo CEB (ausrichtender Verband) Die Cadre-71/2-Europameisterschaft 2026 ist das 65. Turnier in dieser Disziplin des Karambolagebillards und findet vom 9. Mai bis zum 10. März 2026 in Antalya statt. Es ist die zweite Cadre-47/2-Europameisterschaft in der Türkei.

Modus Gespielt wird in vier Gruppen à 4 Teilnehmer. Die beiden Gruppenbesten qualifizierten sich für das Viertelfinale. Es wird in der Gruppenphase bis 150 Punkte und in der KO-Phase bis 200 Punkte mit Nachstoß gespielt. Bei einem Unentschieden wird eine Verlängerung bis 20 Punkte gespielt. Platz drei wird nicht ausgespielt.
