Merkmale Die Gattung hat die Eigenschaften der Cucullaninae. Es handelt sich um kleine Würmer mit einer dicken Kutikula, was sie von den größeren Vertretern der Gattung Cucullanus mit ihrer dünnen Kutikula unterscheidet. Ein Blinddarm ist vorhanden.
