Thomas Waugh (* 24. April 1948 in London, Ontario) ist ein kanadischer Autor und Filmwissenschaftler.
Leben Waugh studierte Filmwissenschaft an der Columbia University in New York City. Waugh unterrichtete über Jahrzehnte an der Concordia University in Montreal Filmwissenschaften. Von 1993 bis 2017 war er an der Concordia University für das HIV/AIDS Project als Direktor zuständig.Concordia University: Thomas Waugh Waugh ist insbesondere für seine filmhistorischen Arbeiten zu LSBTIQ-Filmen bekannt.
