150px|mini|Logo CEB (ausrichtender Verband) Der Coupe d’Europe 2002/03 ist ein Dreiband-Mannschaftsturnier im Karambolagebillardsport. Die 45. Auflage fand vom 28. Mai bis zum 1. Juni 2003 in Porto statt.

Turniermodus Gespielt wurde erstmals eine Finalrunde mit acht Mannschaften, wobei der ausrichtende Verein und der Titelverteidiger gesetzt sind. Die weiteren Teilnehmer sind die Sieger der sechs Qualifikationsgruppen.

Geschichte Erstmals gewann Crystal Kelly aus Waalwijk den Coupe d’Europe vor Sporting Lissabon und dem BC Service Pack 't Tapperijke aus Hoeven.

Die Qualifikationen wurden in verschiedenen Gruppen und Orten in Europa ausgespielt. Die Ergebnisse der Gruppen A,B und D,E sind nicht verfügbar. Es wurde im Satzsystem mit zwei Gewinnsätzen bis 15 Punkte gespielt.
