Eines ihrer meistverkauften Bücher war das 1995 veröffentlichte Buch Delia Smith’s Winter Collection; es wurde über 2 Millionen Mal verkauft und gehörte damit zu den meistverkauften Kochbüchern Großbritanniens in den 1990ern.
