Ohgushi, A. Wada: ’Molten-globule state‘: a compact form of globular proteins with mobile side-chains. In: FEBS letters. Band 164, Nummer 1, November 1983, S. 21–24, PMID 6317443. L. Baldwin, G. D. Rose: Molten globules, entropy-driven conformational change and protein folding. In: Current opinion in structural biology. Band 23, Nummer 1, Februar 2013, S. 4–10, doi:10.1016/j.sbi.2012.11.004, PMID 23237704. Kuroda, S. Kidokoro, A. Wada: Thermodynamic characterization of cytochrome c at low pH. Observation of the molten globule state and of the cold denaturation process. In: Journal of molecular biology. Band 223, Nummer 4, Februar 1992, S. 1139–1153, PMID 1311387. S. Pande, D. S. Rokhsar: Is the molten globule a third phase of proteins? In: Proceedings_of_the_National_Academy_of_Sciences. Band 95, Nummer 4, Februar 1998, S. 1490–1494, PMID 9465042, .
