David Lancaster ist ein Filmproduzent, der bei der Oscarverleihung 2015 für die Produktion des Musikfilmdramas Whiplash zusammen mit Jason Blum und Helen Estabrook für den Oscar in der Kategorie Bester Film nominiert war.
