Die Gold Coast Sevens 2013 waren die elfte Ausgabe des 7er-Rugby-Turniers Australian Sevens. Das Turnier fand am 12. und 13. Oktober statt. Im Finale gewann Neuseeland 40:19 gegen Australien und gewann das Turnier damit zum zweiten Mal.
