Das I-Day Festival oder auch Independent Days Festival ist ein seit 1999 jährlich tattfindendes mehrtägiges Musikfestival. Auf dem I-Day Festival traten hauptsächlich Bands aus der Metal-, Rock-, Punk- und Alternative-Szene auf, bis der wachsende Erfolg zu einer Öffnung zu mehr mainstream-orientierter Musik führte. Auch tendierte das Festival dazu, mehr Tage mit weniger Künstlern anzubieten, so dass die späteren Ausgaben oft mehrere große Headliner und weniger kleine Künstler beinhalten.
Das Festival fand bis 2009 in Bologna statt. Seit 2009 fand es an wechselnden Veranstaltungsorten in Mailand statt. Seit 2024 wird das Festival auf der Pferderennbahn SNAI San Siro und in La Maura veranstaltet.
Das Festival ist Teil des in Italien bekannten Festa de L’Unità. Bei der ersten Auflage im Jahr 1999 wurden 20.000 Festivalbesucher gezählt. In den Folgejahren 2000 und 2001 waren es bereits 40.000. Die Bands treten auf zwei Bühnen, die Arena Parco Nord (Hauptbühne) und Tenda Estragon. Auf dieser wurde anfangs ein eigenes Festival ausgetragen, dass Tenda Festival, welches ursprünglich innerhalb der Punkszene bekannt war. Der Besucherrekord wurde 2024 aufgestellt, als über neun Tage insgesamt 430.000 Besucher gezählt wurden.
Auf diesen Festival spielten bereits mehrere bekannte Bands, darunter die Arctic Monkeys, Kasabian, Taking Back Sunday, No Use for a Name, Adam Kills Eve, All Time Low, Sum 41, Blink-182, Deep Purple, Nine Inch Nails, Billy Talent, Limp Bizkit und Deftones.

2020 und 2021 Auf Grund der COVID-19-Pandemie in Italien musste das festival abgesagt werden. Angekündigt war Billie Eilish als Headlinerin am Freitag. Für 2021 waren System of a Down, Korn, Aerosmith, Rival Sons, Foo Fighters und Vasco Rossi angekündigt. Auch die 2021er Ausgabe musste jedoch abgesagt werden.
2022 Das Festival fand 2022 am Ippodromo La Maura statt. Aerosmith sagten ihren Auftritt am Freitag ab. Die Foo Fighters mussten ihre komplette Tour absagen, da Taylor Hawkins im März des Jahres verstorben war. Stattdessen sprang Green Day an, die ihr Konzert vorzogen.
