Yttrium-91 of 91Y is een onstabiele radioactieve isotoop van yttrium, een overgangsmetaal. De isotoop komt van nature niet op Aarde voor.
Yttrium-91 ontstaat onder meer bij het radioactief verval van strontium-91.
