Het Aramees alfabet (Aramees: ) is het alfabet dat sinds de 8e eeuw v.Chr. gebruikt wordt om Aramees mee te schrijven. Het is een Semitisch alfabet dat afstamt van het Fenicisch alfabet. Het alfabet bestaat uit 22 letters en men schrijft het Aramees van rechts naar links.
Het Aramees alfabet staat aan de basis van vele Semitische alfabetten. Het kan daarom als moederalfabet worden beschouwd van onder andere het Arabisch, Hebreeuws en het Syrisch. Ook verschillende Indische en Mongoolse schriften zijn afgeleid van het Aramees alfabet.
