Phylloscopus is een geslacht van kleine, veelal bruingroene zangvogels uit de familie Phylloscopidae.
Eieren De eieren van deze insectenetende vogels zijn wit of bruin gevlekt. Ze bouwen ovenvormige nesten.
Taxonomie Het geslacht telt 81 soorten die voornamelijk voorkomen in Azië, maar deels ook in Europa en Afrika.Gill F, D Donsker & P Rasmussen (Eds). 2025. IOC World Bird List (v15.1). Volgens onderzoek uit 2018 kunnen binnen dit grote geslacht negen clades worden onderscheiden. et al. (2018). "Complete species-level phylogeny of the leaf warblers (Aves: Phylloscopidae) radiation."
