Johnson County is een county in de Amerikaanse staat Iowa, vernoemd naar de negende vicepresident van de Verenigde Staten, Richard Mentor Johnson.
De county heeft een landoppervlakte van 1.591 km² en telt 111.006 inwoners (volkstelling 2000). De hoofdplaats is Iowa City.
