Sarah Coope is een Brits triatlete. Ze is zesvoudig Europees kampioene triatlon en meervoudig Brits kampioene triatlon. In 1991 werd ze derde op de Ironman Hawaï.
Momenteel is ze werkzaam als fitness- en voedingsconsultant.
