Ronnie Dunn schreef mee aan Toby Keiths "Don't Leave I Think I Love You". In de recente hits "It's Getting Better All the Time", "That's What It's All About", "Play Something Country", "Believe", "Building Bridges" en "Hillbilly Deluxe" is Dunn de zanger.
Brooks & Dunn staan bekend om hun hoog energetische shows.
Hun recentste album is Cowboy Town uitgebracht in 2007.
Ze namen het duet If you See Him/If You See Her op met Reba McEntire en recent nam Ronnie Dunn een duet op met Keith Urban voor Urbans nieuwste album Love, Pain & the Whole Crazy Thing.
