De AFC Champions League 2021 zal de veertigste editie zijn van de AFC Champions League een jaarlijks voetbaltoernooi voor clubs uit Azië. Het toernooi wordt georganiseerd door de Asian Football Confederation.
De titelhouder is Ulsan Hyundai uit Zuid-Korea.

Een totaal van 40 teams werd verdeeld over 10 groepen van elk 4 teams, met de regel dat teams uit hetzelfde land niet in dezelfde groep konden komen.
